The Via Del Mar Multi-Condominium Owners Association in Jupiter, Florida was formed in 1979 (Phase 1) and 1981 (Phase 2).

The two phases have 38 and 27 units respectively. The units range from single story, two bedrooms to two stories and three bedrooms. It is located two hundred yards from the beach, the Riverwalk bike/walk trail runs alongside, and shops and restaurants are one to two miles away.

The association web site is intended to:

    - tell the world about Via del Mar

    - hold association documents that can be downloaded by members

    - act as a communication center for the association 

 

The Association pages are for Association homeowners only. If you are an Association homeowner and would like access, just go to the Home page and click on the "In a Land Far Away" image.  Click on Sign On and type in your email address and password. If you are a new homeowner and would like access, click on Sign Up and type in your email address and the password you want to use - twice so typos are caught. Within a day or two you should receive an email confirming that you now have access. Subsequently,to access the site, go to same location and click on Sign On.
